Basic Yoga
This class introduces you to the fundamentals of the yoga practice. Learn, asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation in order to unlock the abundance of joy, light and love within! You will be guided with intention in a safe and spirited flow.

Mixed Level
Yoga meets you where YOU are. Poses are modified to accommodate those newer to the practice. For more seasoned students, variations are offered if you choose to work more deeply. Our intention is that you leave class more centered, open and easeful.

Let go of the week in this beautifully designed class. Begin slowly in a magical space filled with candles, music and intention. Build to a dynamic flow with a long and deep cool down.

Private One on One
Originally, yoga was taught by one teacher directly to one student. In this way, it can become an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience. Private sessions provide the perfect setting to address your
goals and work on areas of individual interest. Choose any of our sincere and skilled teachers to deepen your practice, gain confidence, answer questions and provide guidance.
