Yoga Descriptions:
All classes at Home Yoga are taught in a heated studio WITH THE EXCEPTION OF KIDS CLASSES. The heat promotes a cleansing sweat encouraging a deep release in the body. We emphasize safe and intelligent movement combined with conscious breathing. The practice will teach you to untie the physical and emotional knots that bind you. Learn self acceptance, compassion and the art of letting go.
Yogalicious/Level 1-2 ~ Our dynamic vinyasa flow class incorporates a variety of strength building standing postures, balancing poses, and core work connected by the movements of sun salutations. This class is open to all levels.
Melt/Level 2 ~ This is an awesome opportunity to push yourself a bit further! Using the breath as a guide, you will move through an invigorating and inspiring practice where you'll be encouraged to find the balance between effort and grace in each of your poses.
Candlelit ~ Let go of the work week in this mixed level class that offers a strong and steady flow in a candlelit room. Enjoy a restorative 15 minutes prior to savasana.
Yoga For The People ~ This class is open to everyone! It is our intention that anyone who wants to practice should be able to. Suggested donation for those who do not hold a class card is $10. Come and enjoy your Yoga and this incredible community!

cOMmunity Class ~ In recognition of our recent Teacher Training Graduztes we invite you to a donation based hour class where our newly certified teachers get to hone the art of holding space .
Brand New Beginners
This 4 week series introduces you to the fundamentals of the yoga practice. Learn, asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation in order to unlock the abundance of joy, light and love within! 4 weeks /$100
Please note
All postures can be modified to suit an individual students needs. Like any practice, the more time you dedicate to it, the more you can learn.
